The Global Airplay Top 50 is back for Week 42 of 2026, bringing another snapshot of the songs making the strongest impact across radio markets worldwide. 🌍📻 Two new entries join the countdown this week, familiar global hits continue to dominate the upper half, and several artists place multiple songs across the chart. As always, we begin at No. 50 and count our way upward until only one song remains.
At No. 50, Dave & Tems open the countdown with “Raindance.” Just above them comes the first of this week’s new entries, as Jamie Miller debuts at No. 49 with “Babydoll.” At No. 48, Ashe enters the Global Airplay Top 50 with “Stop The Wedding!”, giving the singer-songwriter a new worldwide radio milestone. Shakira & Maluma follow at No. 47 with “Agua,” while Zara Larsson takes No. 46 with “Lush Life.”
Jason Derulo, Melody & DJ Goja occupy No. 45 with “Mi Chico [Remix],” followed by Hugel, Solto & Sister Nancy at No. 44 with “Jamaican (Bam Bam).” BTS remain represented at No. 43 with “Swim,” while Ella Langley places “Loving Life Again” at No. 42. Morgan Wallen reaches No. 41 with “Been By Now,” and Malcolm Todd rounds out the lower section at No. 40 with “Earrings.”
Ariana Grande’s “Petal” is at No. 39, followed by The Bausa’s “Magnetic” at No. 38. Taylor Swift takes No. 37 with “Opalite,” while Ed Sheeran & Martin Garrix land at No. 36 with “Repeat It.” Alex Warren appears at No. 35 with “Emerald Eyes,” Harry Styles follows at No. 34 with “American Girls,” and Sombr takes No. 33 with “Homewrecker.”
Raye’s “Where Is My Husband!” sits at No. 32, just ahead of HUNTR/X with “Golden” at No. 31. Alex Warren opens the Top 30 with “Ordinary,” while Bebe Rexha & Faithless reach No. 29 with “New Religion.” ANOTR & 54 Ultra take No. 28 with “Talk To You,” Dominic Fike’s “Babydoll” is at No. 27, and Sienna Spiro lands at No. 26 with “Great Expectation.”
Tame Impala’s “Loser” starts the Top 25 at No. 25, followed by Bruno Mars with “Risk It All” at No. 24. Zara Larsson’s “Midnight Sun” reaches No. 23, while Taylor Swift appears again at No. 22 with “I Knew It, I Knew You.” Adéla’s “Ain’t In LA” takes No. 21, leaving us just one position away from the Top 20.
Taylor Swift opens the Top 20 with “The Fate of Ophelia,” while Olivia Dean takes No. 19 with “Man I Need.” Karol G, rusowsky & Judeline bring “BbY WOW” to No. 18, followed by Olivia Rodrigo’s “Stupid Song” at No. 17. Alex Warren earns another appearance at No. 16 with “Fever Dream,” while Olivia Rodrigo returns immediately at No. 15 with “Drop Dead.”
Olivia Dean places a second song at No. 14 with “So Easy (To Fall In Love),” while Temper City’s “Self Aware” reaches No. 13. Hugel, Imael Angel & Ultra Naté occupy No. 12 with “Movin’ To The Sun,” and Sombr comes within one position of the Top 10 as “My Body Isn’t Ready” lands at No. 11. Only ten songs remain — and the battle for the top is about to get serious.
The Top 10 begins with Stella Lefty at No. 10 with “Boston.” Bruno Mars follows at No. 9 with “I Just Might,” while Ella Langley brings “Choosin’ Texas” to No. 8. Miley Cyrus reaches No. 7 with “Bass Persuades,” and former chart-topper Shakira & Burna Boy remain strong at No. 6 with “Dai Dai.”
Inside the Top 5, Ariana Grande takes No. 5 with “Hate That I Made You Love Me.” Tame Impala & Jennie follow at No. 4 with “Dracula [Remix],” while KATSEYE claim No. 3 with “Animal.” That leaves only two songs still standing in the race for the Week 42 crown.
At No. 2, Taylor Swift reaches the runner-up position with “Patient Zero.” It is the highest of her four songs inside this week’s Global Airplay Top 50 and places her within striking distance of the summit. But one song remains ahead of her.
🏆 Teddy Swims holds the No. 1 position with “Mr. Know It All,” once again leading the Global Airplay Top 50 and keeping control of the worldwide radio crown. With Taylor Swift at No. 2 and KATSEYE at No. 3, however, the pressure at the top is building. Can Teddy Swims stay there next week, or are we about to see another change at No. 1?
